ALIGN INCENTIVES

The old, stale model of accounting firms is to bill by the hour -- one hour of our time is worth $XXX.XX. But you, the client, do not care how much time it takes me (the inputs), you only care that the job gets done on time, correctly, and reasonably priced (the outputs). We bill you based on those outputs. This incentivizes me to work quickly, streamline processes to be hassle free for everyone, do the job right, and take great care of you.

MAKE AN IMPACT

Many self-employed individuals change accounting firms because when they call in, they get the most junior accountant. But a big client paying $1,000s calls the partner directly. It should be the opposite. If we save the huge client $500, they will not even notice. If we save an independent contractor $500, they feel the difference.

STREAMLINE

Most firms are burdened with traditional symbols of success (fancy car, mahogany paneled walls, country club membership). We work from our home offices. Without all those pointless costs, we can pass the savings on to you.
