Omari spent most of his young life thinking that he would be a scientist when he grew up. An unpleasant experience with college chemistry led to his changing his major to Finance. He was still conflicted because there were aspects of the sciences that he loved. The question arose, "why cant I be a financial scientist?" Eureka! Omari completed undergrad and went on to earn an MBA in Financial Analysis.
His first few professional years were spent as an investment advisor. Desiring to be a more complete advisor, he decided to work for an accounting firm. Prior to this move, he had only studied the progress of large companies. After the switch, he began to learn the spaces that small companies go through to become profitable and grow. A new question arose of What would be possible if small businesses knew how to grow their companies like large ones do? Since then his vision has been to take the mystery out of small business success by teaching entrepreneurs how to scale.
