Earle recently served as the CFO and Managing Principal of JFS Wealth Advisors, one of the nations Top 100 Wealth Management Firms that manages over $3 billion. During her 11 years with the firm she oversaw corporate finance and accounting in addition to driving strategic initiatives. She also worked with the firms largest net worth clients, helping them navigate through private equity and commercial real estate asset holdings and transactions.  In total, Janet has over 25 years in the finance and accounting field with previous experience in not only in the financial industry, but also in manufacturing and health care.

Janet currently serves as a Trustee for Greenville Savings Bank and Nine Point Nine, a pre apprenticeship for women to enter the construction trades.

Janet earned her MBA from Gannon University, her Bachelor's in Accounting from Robert Morris University, and a Certificate program in Commercial Real Estate from Cornell University.
